ADVANCED LIPID BASED FORMULATIONS IN PHARMACEUTICAL APPLICATIONS

Lipid-based formulations are applied in many pharmaceutical applications as they can significantly enhance pharmacokinetics and target delivery of challenging drugs and pharmaceutical actives. Liposomes, Nanostructured Lipid Carriers (NLCs) and nucleic acid-loaded Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs) are the most common advanced lipid formulations.

We develop formulations for parenteral, oral, ophthalmic and topical
applications. Our liposome research and contract manufacturing meets the highest standards.
